Loaded Taco Salad



Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of iceberg lettuce

  • 1 medium tomato

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 cup of canned corn (drained)

  • 1 cup of canned black beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 1 1/4 cup of mild taco sauce

  • 1 lb of ground beef

  • taco seasoning of your choice

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese (DF/SF- Daiya brand)

  • 1 medium avocado

  • Lime juice to taste (optional)


Directions:

  1. Cook your ground beef in a pan and then add your taco seasoning. Let it cool off before you add it to your bowl.

  2. Chop of all of your vegetables and add them to the bowl.

  3. Add the corn, beans, cheese, lime juice and 1 1/4 cup of mild taco sauce to the bowl.

  4. Stir it all together and DINNER IS SERVED!


THAT'S IT!!! I TOLD YOU THIS WAS EASY! This entire dish is 1,492 calories and serves 4-5 people, making each serving 373 calories!
